Fizz'z has had a long and illustrious history.  Started in 1989 by Darren Barnes and his dad, Jerry, in a garage next to the family home, Fizz'z has since been the source for BMX schtuff in southeastern Indiana.  In 1996 the shop was moved to 311 West Street and added mountain and road bikes and accessories.  In the spring of 2005, Fizz'z once again moved, this time only four blocks away to Madison's Main Street (see map below).  With a much nicer retail space and a better location, Fizz'z is poised to take over the world.  Okay, maybe just Indiana.

For most of the last decade, Fizz'z has been a familiar sight on the NBL BMX race circuit.  Beginning in 2007, Fizz'z will no longer be vending at races.  We've just got too much business to take care of here in Madison, and a few new projects on the table as well.
